• You may not reproduce, publish, or distribute any materials without written consent. 
• Certificates of completion, training results, or other deliverables remain the property of KGT Learning unless otherwise specified by contract. 

Payment terms are specified at the time of enrollment or purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:

• All payments are due in full before course access is granted. 
• Refunds are only provided according to the KGT Learning Refund Policy posted on our website. 
• We reserve the right to change course fees or access terms with notice. 

Students who successfully complete required coursework and assessments may receive a Certificate of Completion.
Issuance of certificates is at the discretion of KGT Learning and may depend on performance, participation, and compliance with program rules.

Certificates are provided for educational recognition and do not guarantee employment or professional licensure.

Your privacy is important to us.
KGT Learning complies with all applicable privacy laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

• We only collect and store the student data necessary to provide educational services.
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

• KGT Learning and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. 
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
• You use our Services at your own risk, and all content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KGT Learning, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services, 
• Violation of these Terms, or 
• Infringement of any third-party rights

KGT Learning may suspend or terminate your access to Services without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in misconduct.
Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services immediately ceases. 
• You must destroy all downloaded materials obtained through the platform.
   

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within California, United States.

KGT Learning may update these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
